Meet ANDREW PLANTE

A La Jolla, CA native who grew up surfing and mesmerizing at the enchanting real estate lining the cliffs. I am a 3rd generation San Diego State alumni, majoring in Business Administration with a minor in Public Development. A now husband and father of 2 beautiful and creative children, Mika and Rio. I started my career path working for an investor acquiring single family and multi-units to renovate and sell. The long hours of evaluating 1000's of homes throughout San Diego County every week, has given me a strong grasp of many neighborhood nuances to effectively portray what a home will sell for. Although very interesting, at the end up the day we were purchasing homes below market value in order to turn a profit. The homeowners received their money quickly, but at the end it was to our financial advantage.

I went to college with one of the owners of Renovation Realty, so it was a natural progression to come aboard. Also my father Dan Plante, a local news Anchor for KUSI, was their very first spokesperson! Although the brokerage may seem large and corporate, it is in reality a close knit family owned and locally operated business. Now I get to apply the same skills I had used in the previous years to make the homeowner 100% of the profits, without having the experience, time, or capital! There was a better way to use my knowledge, and I found it. I provide for my family by helping you provide for yours.
